Order your shoes from any other website than Schuh. Delivered the shoes to the wrong address, completely over the other side of the city. Don't respond when contacted and then say I have to go to the house myself to collect them.

It may benefit you to obtain an independent fault report which shows that the shoes were any of the 3 above (ie faulty material etc).
